| Ideal candidates will be highly motivated individuals with background
and experience in application software development. Experience in enterprise,
client/server, and web-based applications is a plus. Suitable candidate
must possess excellent organizational, problem solving, communication,
and critical thinking skills. The position includes design, development,
testing, deployment, and maintenance of quantitative economic models,
providing solutions to business problems. The ability to work in a team
setting as well as independently is necessary. Minimum 5 years experience. |

| Product Support |
| Candidates will work with our development team and clients on analytical,
quantitative, and economic modeling/analysis of business decisions in
the energy industry. The position includes providing application support
to clients, documenting their needs and issues, and working with product
developers. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
is necessary. Suitable candidate will possess good organizational, interpersonal,
communication, critical thinking, and consulting skills with willingness
to travel. Minimum 5 years experience. |

| Data Management |
|
Ideal candidates will be highly motivated individuals with background
and experience in data management software and data mining or business
intelligence applications. Experience in designing and developing data
analysis systems is a plus. Suitable candidates must possess excellent
organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills and must be
meticulous with an unwavering attention to details. The ability to work
in a team setting as well as independently is necessary. Minimum 5 years
experience. |

| Sales and Marketing |
| Highly motivated, ambitious professionals with sales and marketing experience
in the energy industry, preferably in enterprise systems and/or trading
risk management. Ideal candidates will have an established track record
and will possess good organizational, interpersonal, and communication
skills with willingness to travel. Relocation is not required. Minimum
5 years experience. |
